Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, AOG request, inventory inquiry or contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, telephone number, aircraft details, requested part numbers and quantities, delivery requirements, any comments you add, and any file you attach.
Our servers also record standard technical information with each submission — IP address, browser user agent, referring page, landing page and campaign parameters — so that a request can be traced and attributed.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To confirm availability, condition and documentation for the parts you request.
- To keep a record of the commercial correspondence for order administration and audit.
- To measure which pages and campaigns generate enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to administer the commercial relationship and to satisfy record-keeping obligations. Attachments are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
Who we share it with
Submission data is used internally by our sales and purchasing teams. It is not sold. It is not sent to unapproved third parties. Where a part must be sourced from a supplier, only the information necessary to obtain availability and pricing is shared.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses a session cookie to keep forms secure, and browser local storage to remember whether you have already seen the opening animation. Analytics are only enabled if the site owner supplies a measurement ID; no analytics identifiers are hard-coded in this build.
Security
Submissions are validated server-side, protected against cross-site request forgery, rate limited, and stored outside the public web root. Uploads are restricted by size, file extension and MIME type.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete enquiry information by emailing sales@spirit-aerospace.com. Where a request conflicts with a legal record-keeping obligation, we will explain what must be retained.
