Prices and quote validity
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, QUOTES VALID 3 BUSINESS DAYS OR PRIOR SALE.
Minimum order
PO MINIMUM IS $500.00 USD.
Shipping, AOG and service fees
SAME DAY SHIPPING DURING BUSINESS HOURS $500.00 SERVICE FEE. AFTER HOURS AOG FEE $500.00 WITH A $3,000.00 PO MIN.
Handling fees
HANDLING FEE FOR ALL DROP SHIP ORDERS IS $50.00. $10.00 HANDLING CHARGED FOR ALL ORDERS PROCESSED.
Returns and restocking
ALL RETURNS/ORDERS ENTERED ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCK FEE WITHIN 15 DAYS AND 50% RESTOCK WITHIN 30 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS ACCEPTABLE.
Payment options
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR NON-ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS; CREDIT CARD + 4.5% CONVENIENCE SERVICE FEE. VISA/MC/AMEX ACCEPTED.
WIRE TRANSFER + $42 BANK FEE. NOTE: SPIRIT AVIATION DOES NOT ACCEPT THE PASS THROUGH OF WIRE FEES. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BANK FEES ARE NOT WITHHELD FROM THE WIRE AMOUNT. THE DEDUCTION OF WIRE FEES FROM THE TRANSFERRED AMOUNT WILL ONLY DELAY ORDER. ALL FEES TO BE PAID BY THE ORIGINATOR.
Documentation with quotations
DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF REQUESTS, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO PROVIDE PICTURES AND/OR PAPERWORK WITH QUOTES. NORMAL TURN TIMES ON STOCKED MATERIAL IS 24–72 HOURS.
Credit card processing
DUE TO OUR SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS [WE] WILL NO LONGER PROCESS CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS VIA EMAIL. IF YOU ARE PAYING USING A CREDIT CARD, INSTRUCTIONS/INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOU ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
Airworthiness
The seller makes no independent representation that the part is airworthy, or that it is acceptable for installation. These determinations are to be made by the installer, based on an inspection of the part and of the documentation that has been forwarded by the seller in accordance with FAA AC 00-56.
